- emailed ASM about new Den Chiefs

- exchanged emails with AdChair about upcoming Summer Camp.  I was AdChair last time we ran our own summer camp so gave him my old paperwork and timeline as well as some helpful hints and pitfalls that hindered me..

- talked to former Scout about getting some gear from the Troop Shed for a backpacking trip

- started to organize Scout 'pile' in the garage :)
