-Talked with a Life Scout helping him with his Eagle Project...'discussed' the project and I think it is pretty good.  Now he has to develop the plan, fill out the workbook and get the signatures for approval.

- worked on my son's Eagle Court of Honor.  Getting some background stuff ready for him to approve and pick which ceremonies he wants

- talked with my Scout Nation co-host about a new website, our monthly chat and the future of Scout Nation (we are not going anywhere...just looking to make the show better and the Scout Nation community larger)

- sent out a TON of emails to Scouts and Scouters about various things that are coming up

My 100 Days in Scouting (Part 2) participation has been up and down.  While I love the concept and fully jumped in during the original, I am not sure I am enjoying it as I did last time.  Instead of the lengthy posts I usually try to do here on the blog I find myself just doing laundry lists of Scouting.  As you can see, like many Scouters, I am very busy and doing 2-3 substantial posts a week on Scouting, Scouting issues and my life felt better to me then the daily lists I am making.  I have enjoyed reading and meeting many of our 100 Days fellows and will continue to visit them way after 100 Days is over...I just need to take a step back for next year and might approach 100 Days a little differently in 2012 :)
