1) Yes we use Know/Be/Do and we use the Leading and Teaching EDGE

2) that does include Forming/Storming/Norming/Performing

3) our PLC is the SPL, ASPLs (2), Patrol Leaders (10), Scribe (1), Chaplain Aid (1), Troop Guides (3).  The numbers of each do vary but the size of the PLC is usually between 16 - 20 Scouts.

4) we stay in Class As all weekend except for some free time and a game

5) Games we play: Everybody Up, Willow In The Winds, Hula Hoop and random team builders selected by SPL.  We also have a fire building contest with teams of 2 building a fire to burn through a rope at a certain height.

6) We focus on team building, developing leadership skills, understanding the methods of Scouting, linking Scouting and Fun (The Game with a Purpose)

PS One question not asked but needed to be said.  I could not do it without the help and support of various Adult Leaders.  One gave of his time to spend the weekend with us so we had a) 2-Deep Leadership and b) full bellies with no worries.  Others came to teach skills or help run games and 2 drove all 20 of us to the camp.  The great thing is that in the 4 times I have done it, there have been several different Adults stepping up and helping out.  Thank you all!
